About Shipping
Our global warehouses are located in the United States, Europe, China, and other regions. We fulfil orders from the nearest warehouse with available inventory. In cases where an item is oversold, we will reassign the order to the next available warehouse to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Rates
Estimated Fees: To estimate shipping costs, add items to your cart. Shipping rates will be displayed on the cart page along with a map of your location. You can select a different location if necessary. You are not obligated to make a purchase or provide payment details until you proceed to checkout.
Actual Shipping Fee: The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once your destination address is entered.
Shipment Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
- Please note that during periods of high order volume, there may be shipping delays. We will notify you via email or phone if your shipment is significantly delayed.

From UK Warehouse:
- Shipping Time: 1-3 business days
- Methods: DHL, UPS, USPS, EVRI, etc.
From International Warehouses:
- Shipping Time: 7-14 business days
- Methods: DHL, UPS, USPS, EVRI, etc.
Additional Notes:
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

- Shipping time does not include the 1-2 day processing period.
- We strive to deliver your package as quickly as possible. However, additional time may be required for issues like invalid addresses or customs clearance.

- Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote areas.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.
Damages
Our company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing the claim.
